Don’t fret about your upcoming Super Sunday get together. At Parties Over Boston we have some fabulous ideas to help make this Sunday one your friends surely won’t forget!!

How to get the word out that you are throwing the football party of the year?

1. A good old fashioned paper invite….come on you had 2 weeks you can get it in the mail, that is plenty of time we just know it! Our partner company Boston Invites can help you get these in mail boxes before you can say touchdown!

       2. Easy and free(most of the time!) Evites!! Get work out quickly and get a prompt response from friends and family.

Super Sunday deserves splendid separate set-up

1. If your house/apartment will allow it try and set up multiple locations to watch the game.  We know you all have more then 1 TV in the house, so tune them all in to the big game to make sure no one misses a moment of action. You also don’t want kids walking back and forth in front of the TV all night. But we will get back to the best set-up for kids later!
2. For a SUPER big set-up think about renting a projector so everyone can watch on a BIG screen!

Now back to the Kids….what to do with all the kids with the attention span of two snaps of the football
  1. Have things planned for the kids at the party. It’s a long day to celebrate and having games or activities for the children will help keep things more enjoyable for everyone! We suggest craft stations, cupcake decorating or a separate room for the big game so they can play together and watch at the same time!
2.  Also, think about snacks and protion control for the kids. You don’t want a bunch of sick kids on your hands during the 4th quarter.  A great way to do that is by giving them snacks in individual portions!

So your dying to have a Super Sunday Party but don’t want to have to do all the hard work yourself!
1. Challenge friends and family to a wing/chili or mexican food dish cook-off! That way every puts there best foot forward and you can foster a little competition  between friends!
2. Have a pot luck. Assign each family to bring a different dish from dips to delicious dessert without any fuss of doing it all alone!
Fun and creative ways to make your party stand out from all the rest!
1. Create Games for your guests like commercial bingo, game day trivia and the all time favorite super bowl squares!
2.  Make each person at your party a different player and have prizes for first person to score a touchdown or complete a pass, etc? I mean come on….what guy doesn’t want to be Tom Brady for the day!
3. Simple decorating tips. Have fun centerpieces like Patriots colored flower arragements or buckets full of prizes for all your trivia game winners.
Or even simple football field centerpieces to take home! Anything to spice up the house and show your Patriot Pride!
